Each manufactures warranty varies, in terms of length and coverage. All manufacturers warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth in said warranty. On most items PriceMad offers a 7-day exchange/refund policy from date received. To locate a service center near you, please refer to your product manual. Exchanges and refunds are less shipping and handling within 7 days of receipt of merchandise only if return in original mint (Brand New) condition. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards {not filled-out} and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! Please note that all warranty purchases are non-refundable. We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. PriceMad is not responsible for shipping cost(s) incurred on any unit(s). Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, depending on the condition of goods and packaging material. For an RMA number (return authorization number) on returns please call customer service @ 800-281-3075 . Restocking Fee forms are null and void if not faxed back within 24-48 hours from the date on form. All returns are subject to inspection by PriceMad. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA# issued by customer service clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service “Insured”. Sorry we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization. Shipping Policy

We will not ship to a alternate ship to address that is not listed with your credit card company,unless you first call the customer service phone number that is on the back of your credit card and have the credit card company list your ship to address in their comments or notes section of your credit card account. This is for your protection, and insures that only the credit card holder can add this information to their account. This will prevent someone else from using your credit card to ship to an alternate address. This also decreases the risk of fraud and helps us maintain our low pricing. We ship anywhere within the continental United States & Canada. (when shipping to Canada, all taxes and duties are the buyers responsibility) At this time we are unable to ship to FPO,APO,Guam,Puertico Rico, and the Virgin Islands. All orders to Alaska or Hawaii must go by air, either Next Day Air or Second Day Air. (Plasmas Excluded) All orders are subject to our approval. If a package is returned due to refusal and the customer would like it to be re-delivered, it will be subject to an additional fee of half the shipping charges. We reserve the right to put a limit on the quantity of an item to be purchased. We reserve the right to cancel any order. We are not responsible for illustrational and typographical errors.
ShippingTime: Shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. Shipping time refers strictly to the time it takes the carrier to deliver the package to its destination. Choosing next day air does not necessarily mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order on line. You must take into consideration the availability of the product plus the time it takes to process your order.
FOR EXAMPLE: If you place an order for an item that is listed as available, and you choose next day air, the total delivery time is as follows:1-2 days to process your order 1 day for delivery= 2-3 business days.
ALSO NOTE: The shipment time also depends on stock availability. Stock availability is indicated in each product description on our web site. When the order is placed these items may require 1-2 business days to retrieve from our distributor’s warehouse, which will increase the delivery time by an additional 24-48 hours. Note for multiple items placed, with partial availability: In the event you purchase several items in a single order, and some items are currently unavailable, the items that are in stock will be shipped immediately. The remaining products will be shipped out as soon as they become available. In the event this happens, we will do our best to complete the order ASAP, as well as inform you of the status of the order. Once the items become available, they will ship out at no additional charge to you.
Forwarding addresses: PriceMad is not responsible for any merchandise that is forwarded or rerouted to an address different than the one specified on the original order. Any merchandise that was altered by the customer without written consent of PriceMad is the sole liability of the customer. It is our policy that we only ship within the United States, and not internationally.
